Is there any action I should have taken with Optima when I signed them on?
If your client wants to complain file with the IRS Office of Professional Responsibility. Form 14157.
Behavior warranting a complaint
1. Promise that you will get relief from tax liabilities
2. misrepresent how long it will take to process a debt relief request application
3. omit relevant asset information
