I am wondering if TRN members do the tax rep work themselves in their firms. Or do they leverage it to other, more junior people within the firm, including administrative staff.
Not on the rep side of things. I have support staff that does data entry for tax prep and bookkeeping. If that’s a component of the case, sure they’ll get involved that way but that’s it.
Gary my staff prepare the 433s and chase clients for documents. I or my more senior folks will actually do the representation (the calls with IRS, etc)
