Wondering how members of this group are using Tax Help Software when there is more than one member on your staff. It looks like Tax Help Software has to reside on a particular computer. So are we required to purchase multiple licenses, one for each potential user?

Is it enough to have a 2848 in hand for a client in order to pull transcripts off THS? Or must the 2848 be approved and recorded at the IRS before accessing THS transcripts?
